Mt. Washington & Glassell Park Real Estate Market Update
Good Morning 90065! Doing some research on this cold & rainy day on the real estate market activity taking place in and around Mount Washington & Glassell Park. Sales are definitely happening, but i truly believe we could be seeing even more results. As an agent who sells a lot of homes up in these hills, the biggest problem i encounter is not having enough homes to show my buyer clients. Normally, there will only be 3-5 places that we can go out and see. if nothing stands out, it usually becomes a daily waiting game hoping for something new and exciting to come on the market. How Much is My Mt Washington Home Worth?
2009 was another difficult year for the Los Angeles Real Estate market, but things may be looking up. Considering the difficult conditions that we continue to experience in our local real estate market, Mt Washington has been showing great signs of resiliency, experiencing lots of recent sales activity and that is great news for the property owners in the area. I have put together a small chart with all of the sales that took place in the Glassell Park/Mt Washington area in 2009 for over $600,000. There were 27 homes in total that breached that mark and they are spread out across the two hillside areas.
